Site assessment
We start with a quick assessment of your location — footfall patterns, available space, power access, and audience profile. This takes less than an hour and can often be done remotely.
No commitment required at this stage. We simply want to understand whether your location is a good fit for a Stoviro machine.

Machine placement
We handle delivery, positioning, and installation entirely. Our team coordinates access, places the machine in the optimal spot, and ensures it's fully operational before we leave.
There is no cost to you for the machine, installation, or any associated setup work.

Product curation
We select an initial product range based on your audience profile — their routines, preferences, and likely purchasing habits. The range is reviewed and updated regularly.
We use real sales data from your machine to continuously optimise the product mix, removing slow movers and introducing new items that match demand.

Ongoing restocking
We monitor stock levels remotely and schedule restocking visits proactively. Your machine is always ready — without any coordination from your side.
Our restocking schedule adapts to actual consumption patterns, so busy periods are covered and waste is minimised.

Maintenance & support
Technical issues are our responsibility. If something needs attention, we're notified automatically and dispatched to resolve it — typically within 24 hours.
You never need to contact a supplier, manage a service contract, or coordinate a repair. We own the machine and everything that comes with it.

Performance reporting
We share regular updates on machine performance — sales volume, popular products, and any operational notes. You stay informed without having to ask.
For locations with a revenue share arrangement, earnings are reported transparently and settled on a regular schedule.
